... are delivered from the plant with an average moisture
content of 9% for Bl. Storage until processing
and the processing itself, should take place in a dry environment.
If this precaution is not observed and the boards absorb excessive
moisture, it can lead to damage at closed joints and fasteners.
Conditions can differ for special applications.
... are recommended with unsanded smooth surfaces for all
exterior applications and wall claddings, except where special
demands require calibrated surfaces. Panels with calibrated
surfaces, where the wood particles are visible at the surface,
are generally only used for floors to achieve precise thicknesses
as well as for special applications. Should for decorative
reasons (e.g. for interior applications) a sanded, colorless
laquered exposed surface be required, this must be specified
in the order!

In the case of exterior panels where surfaces are subject
to direct moisture contact, in conjunction with moisture diffusion
conditions at the rear side of panels, DIN 68800-2, Paragraph
6 is to be observed.
... AMROC-PANELS when used
exterior such as exposed wall cladding, must be provided with
a AMROC color or primed
finish to reduce the swelling and shrinkage. It is also possible
to apply paint at the building site, however, it will not
have the same quality as painting in the factory.
... AMROC-PANELS being
monolithic have a very high material structure quality with
high screw-holding power and do not delaminate as a result
of changes in humidity and temperature. Along with resistance
to fungi and termites, this makes AMROC-PANELS
the ideal building material in tropical areas.
AMROC-PANELS have been
tested according to DIN EN 45.0001. Waste material is classified
so as to allow its disposal at above-ground refuse sites.
